Installation Guide
Follow these steps to get in-game quickly
Installation Steps

Download the Client — Choose any mirror above and download the full client. The file is a
.zip archive — no installer needed.

Extract the Archive — Right-click the downloaded file and select "Extract Here" or use WinRAR / 7-Zip. Extract to a location like
C:\Games\YamiRO\. Avoid extracting to Program Files or Desktop.

Register an Account — If you haven't already, create an account on our website. You'll need a username and password to log into the game.

Run the Patcher — Open
YamiRO Patcher.exe inside the extracted folder. Wait for it to finish downloading any updates. This ensures you have the latest game data.

Launch the Game — Once patching is complete, click "Start Game" in the patcher. Enter your username and password, choose your server, and you're in!

Having trouble? If the client crashes or you encounter errors, try running as administrator, disabling antivirus temporarily (false positives are common with RO clients), or re-downloading from a different mirror. You can also reach out on Discord for help.
Antivirus Warning: Some antivirus software may flag the patcher or game client as suspicious. This is a known false positive common with Ragnarok Online clients. Add the YamiRO folder to your antivirus exclusions list.
